Welcome to V9Kut (“App”, “Service”), a mobile photo and video editing application provided by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and the Company governing your access to and use of V9Kut on iOS devices.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the App and agree to these Terms.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Certain AI-powered features may be subject to additional age restrictions, consent requirements, or content restrictions depending on applicable law, the type of AI feature, or requirements applicable to third-party AI service providers.
You must not upload or submit photos, videos, or other media depicting anyone under 18 for processing through AI-powered features where such processing is prohibited by our policies, in-app notices, applicable law, or third-party AI provider requirements.
We may restrict or disable access to certain AI features where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, platform requirements, or third-party service requirements.
V9Kut is a photo and video editing application that allows users to:
Edit photos and videos;
Crop, resize, trim, combine, or otherwise modify media;
Apply filters, effects, presets, templates, overlays, and other creative assets;
Use AI-powered templates and other AI-powered editing or generation features, where available;
Generate or transform images or other media based on photos, media, styles, templates, or options selected by the user;
Export edited or AI-generated content;
Store projects locally or through supported storage options.
Certain AI features may require selected media and related request information to be processed by third-party artificial intelligence service providers.
We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, subject to applicable law.
Certain features may require account registration.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information;
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
Accept responsibility for activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features may require payment or a subscription.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings;
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Billing, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful creative purposes and, where permitted, lawful commercial purposes.
This license applies to use of the App itself and does not automatically grant intellectual property rights in third-party materials, AI models, built-in assets, or other content subject to separate licensing terms.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company and its licensors.
You retain your rights in photos, videos, prompts, text, and other media or information that you upload, select, capture, or otherwise provide through the App (“User Content”).
We do not claim ownership of your original User Content.
AI-generated or AI-transformed results may be subject to separate rules described in Section 7.
You grant the Company a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, host, transmit, store, reproduce, process, modify, and display your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service requested by you.
This license includes transmitting and processing selected User Content through third-party service providers where necessary to provide features you choose to use, including AI-powered features.
The license ends when the processing or provision of the applicable Service no longer requires the User Content, subject to reasonable technical retention periods, legal obligations, security requirements, and the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
You own your User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use and process it;
If your User Content depicts another identifiable person, you have obtained any consent required to upload and process that person's image or likeness;
Your User Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, intellectual property, or other rights;
Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
You are responsible for the User Content you upload, process, generate, export, publish, or distribute.
Certain features of V9Kut use artificial intelligence or automated processing technologies, including AI templates, AI image transformation, AI image generation, and other AI-assisted editing features.
To provide an AI feature requested by you, the App may transmit selected photos, images, media, selected templates, styles, processing options, prompts, and related request data to third-party AI service providers.
Our current AI processing providers may include Runware, provided by Runware.ai.
When you intentionally choose an AI-powered feature and submit content for processing, you instruct us to process and transmit the information reasonably necessary to provide that feature.
Third-party AI providers process information according to their applicable terms, policies, technical requirements, and contractual arrangements with us.
Additional information about how your information is collected, transmitted, processed, stored, and protected is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Photos, videos, prompts, templates, selections, instructions, and other information submitted by you for AI processing may be referred to as “AI Input.”
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and necessary permission to submit AI Input.
You must not submit AI Input that:
Infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Uses another person's likeness without required permission;
Contains unlawful material;
Exploits, sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors;
Is intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
Violates applicable law or these Terms.
Media produced or transformed by an AI-powered feature may be referred to as “AI Output.”
Because AI technology produces results through automated processes:
AI Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or inconsistent;
AI Output may not exactly match the selected template, reference image, style, prompt, or expected result;
Similar or identical outputs may potentially be generated for different users;
We do not guarantee that AI Output is unique;
We do not guarantee that AI Output qualifies for copyright or other intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction;
You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before publishing, distributing, relying on, or commercially using it.
AI features are provided as creative tools and should not be relied upon for identity verification, professional advice, factual verification, or other high-risk decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable third-party model or provider restrictions, we do not claim ownership over AI Output generated specifically in response to your request.
However, intellectual property rights in AI-generated material may vary depending on applicable law, the AI model used, and the licensing terms applicable to that model.
Certain AI models or third-party technologies may be subject to separate model licenses, usage policies, commercial-use restrictions, or other conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use of AI Output complies with applicable laws and any restrictions communicated through the App.
AI-powered features depend on third-party technologies, infrastructure, models, and service providers.
An AI feature may therefore be temporarily unavailable, delayed, modified, restricted, or discontinued because of:
Technical limitations;
Provider availability;
Model changes;
Capacity limitations;
Safety or content restrictions;
Legal or regulatory requirements;
Changes to third-party services.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific AI model, AI template, style, or generated result.
We may add, replace, or discontinue third-party AI service providers or models as the Service evolves.
Where such changes materially affect how personal information is processed, we will update our Privacy Policy or provide other notices as required by applicable law.
You may use exported content for personal or commercial purposes where permitted, provided that:
You comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws;
You have appropriate rights to User Content and third-party materials included in your projects;
Your use complies with any applicable licensing restrictions for templates, music, fonts, stickers, effects, AI models, or other assets;
Your use of AI Output complies with applicable laws and any applicable model or provider restrictions.
Templates, filters, music, stickers, graphics, effects, presets, and other built-in assets may be subject to additional licensing restrictions.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not extract, copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make built-in App assets available separately from content created using the App.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or tamper with the App except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
Circumvent subscription, payment, usage limitation, security, or access-control systems;
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful purposes;
Use AI features to intentionally impersonate another person in a deceptive or harmful manner;
Create or distribute fraudulent or intentionally deceptive synthetic media;
Create defamatory, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content;
Create, distribute, or facilitate sexual or exploitative content involving minors;
Use another person's image, likeness, or identity without required authorization;
Use AI-generated or manipulated content to facilitate fraud, identity theft, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
Violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to some or all features of the App.
We respect intellectual property rights.

Your notice should include:
Identification of the copyrighted work;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
Your contact information;
A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
A statement that the information provided is accurate.
We may remove content or restrict access where appropriate and may terminate repeat infringers.
All App-related materials provided by or licensed to EcoMobile, including but not limited to:
Software;
Code;
User interface designs;
Logos;
Filters;
Templates;
Effects;
Presets;
Graphics;
Built-in creative assets;
are owned by or licensed to EcoMobile Co., Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party technologies, AI models, media, software, or assets remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Company-owned materials except as expressly permitted through the normal use of the App.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of projects, generated results, media, or other data.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of content that is important to you.
Certain AI processing may involve temporary or other storage by third-party service providers as necessary to provide the requested AI functionality and in accordance with applicable policies.
We are not liable for data loss except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For information regarding how we collect, use, share, process, and retain personal information, please refer to the V9Kut Privacy Policy available through the EcoMobile Policy website.
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including:
Apple services;
Analytics or diagnostic providers;
Advertising services;
Storage or infrastructure providers;
Social media or sharing platforms;
Artificial intelligence providers, including Runware;
Third-party AI models made available through AI service providers.
The availability and operation of these services may be governed by the applicable third party's terms, policies, technical limitations, and service availability.
We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their platform policies, moderation decisions, outages, model changes, or restrictions, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The App and AI-powered features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
The App will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
Every feature will remain available;
Exported files will meet every expectation;
AI Output will match your prompt, template, reference image, or expectations;
AI Output will be accurate, unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose;
AI Output will not contain unintended visual artifacts or alterations;
AI Output will qualify for copyright protection;
Third-party AI models or providers will remain available;
All defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoMobile Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits;
Loss of revenue;
Loss of data;
Business interruption;
Loss arising from use of or reliance on AI Output;
Loss caused by third-party AI service interruptions or model changes;
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You are responsible for reviewing and determining whether any AI-generated or edited content is appropriate for your intended use before publishing, distributing, or relying upon it.
Where permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us through the App during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, applicable law, safety requirements, or applicable third-party service restrictions.
We may also restrict access to individual AI features without terminating access to the rest of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless applicable consumer protection or other mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
If you downloaded V9Kut from the Apple App Store:
These Terms are between you and EcoMobile Co., Ltd., not Apple;
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them where applicable;
In the event of an App failure, you may notify Apple regarding any refund rights available under Apple's applicable policies.
The App may include open-source software, third-party libraries, AI models, or other third-party components.
Such components may be subject to their respective licenses, usage restrictions, or other terms.
Where applicable, those terms govern your use of the relevant component.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the App, AI technologies, third-party providers, legal requirements, or our business practices.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, the applicable policy page, or another appropriate method where required by law.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
