This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Eco Mobile (“Eco Mobile”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you (“User”, “you” or “your”) may provide in the Notes - Notebook - Note Lite, notes application and any of its products (collectively, “Mobile Application”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. This Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the applications. It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, websites, products that we do not control or own, or any third-party features made available via the application.

Eco Mobile will only collect such Personal Information that is relevant for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information may be processed for the purposes of maintaining, customizing and developing the applications, improve Users experience and marketing information to users, conducting research, creating reports, offering competitions receive feedback from user. Eco Mobile commit to adhere to the provisions of the Finnish Personal Data Act and other applicable laws and regulations pertaining to processing of Personal Information, as well as to process Personal Information in compliance with good processing practices. All personnel processing Personal Information are obliged to keep such information strictly confidential.
