Welcome to Smart Hue - Light Control Remote

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smart Hue - Light Control Remote app ("App"), developed by Eco Mobile ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with our Terms, do not use Smart Hue - Light Control Remote.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our App.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Subscription Terms

You may subscribe to premium features of the App according to the following plans:

• Weekly: $4.99

• Monthly: $9.99

• Yearly: $24.99

• Lifetime: $34.99

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with your purchase of subscriptions, including but not limited to sales taxes, VAT, and transaction fees imposed by your payment providers.

5. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party should we exercise such rights. If we change these Terms, we will post the revised document here and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App and all rights therein, including intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to us. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights: (a) in or related to the App except for the limited license granted above; or (b) to use or reference in any manner our company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or services marks.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free or that the App will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. The services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve any disputes you have with us in relation to the App exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where our company is based, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes.

10. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
