Welcome to AI Photo & HairStyle (“App”, “Service”), a mobile photo and video editing application provided by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and EcoMobile Co., Ltd. governing your access to and use of the App.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained any consent from a parent or legal guardian required under applicable law to use the App and agree to these Terms.
Certain features may be subject to additional age restrictions.
The App is not intended for children under 13.
AI Photo & HairStyle provides photo, video, image-editing, appearance-analysis, and AI-powered creative features.
Depending on availability, features may include:
Photo and video editing;
Filters and effects;
Presets;
Templates;
Overlays;
AI Hairstyle;
AI Makeup;
AI Outfit Changer;
AI Face Analysis;
AI image generation or transformation;
Appearance-related analysis or recommendations;
On-device image analysis;
Exporting edited or generated content; and
Local or supported project storage.
Some features may use automated processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or third-party technology.
We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, commercial, legal, safety, or operational reasons.
Certain features may require account registration.
Where an account is required, you agree to:
Provide accurate information;
Keep your account credentials confidential;
Protect your account against unauthorized access; and
Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account where permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.
Certain features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline;
Apple may charge your account for renewal before the end of the current subscription period;
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings; and
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, the trial may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the applicable trial period ends, as disclosed on the purchase screen.
Prices, subscription periods, free trials, and other purchase terms displayed in the App Store or purchase interface form part of the applicable purchase terms.
Payment processing and refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s applicable rules and policies.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App for permitted personal and lawful commercial creative purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any Company intellectual property to you.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. and our licensors.
You retain ownership of photos, videos, images, and other media that you own and provide to the App (“User Content”).
We do not claim ownership of your User Content merely because you process it through the App.
You grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, store, process, reproduce, modify technically, and display User Content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to:
Operate the App;
Perform the feature requested by you;
Process images through applicable AI services;
Generate and display results;
Maintain security;
Provide support; and
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
This limited license does not give us ownership of your User Content.
You represent and warrant that:
You own the User Content or have sufficient rights and permissions to use it;
You have obtained necessary permission from any person appearing in the User Content where required;
Your User Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, biometric, or other legal rights;
Your use of the User Content complies with applicable law; and
Your use of the App does not violate these Terms.
You are responsible for User Content that you submit or process through the App.
Certain App features use artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, or other automated technologies.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated or AI-analyzed results may contain errors;
AI outputs may not accurately represent reality;
Recommendations may be subjective;
Appearance-related analysis is provided for informational and creative purposes;
Results are not professional medical, health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice;
Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, pose, image characteristics, and technical limitations; and
You are responsible for reviewing generated or analyzed outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them.
Certain App functionality may use technologies such as Apple Vision or Google MediaPipe to perform image analysis on your device.
MediaPipe may be used for functions such as:
Detecting facial landmarks;
Detecting or segmenting hair regions;
Image preparation;
Image suitability validation; and
Other supported computer-vision functions.
According to Google’s MediaPipe Tasks Privacy Notice, image or other input processed through MediaPipe Tasks is processed on the device and is not sent by MediaPipe to Google servers.
MediaPipe Tasks may separately send performance and utilization metrics to Google.
More information about these practices is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Certain AI features may require selected photos and related request information to be transmitted to a third-party AI processing provider, including Runware.
Where applicable, the App may provide a notice or request consent before transmitting a selected photo for such external AI processing.
External AI processing is separate from MediaPipe’s on-device processing.
You must not use the App to knowingly create or distribute content for unlawful or harmful purposes, including:
Fraud;
Identity theft;
Malicious impersonation;
Deceptive synthetic media intended to cause harm;
Defamation;
Harassment;
Exploitation;
Unauthorized intimate imagery;
Illegal content;
Content infringing third-party rights; or
Deepfake or manipulated content intended to deceive or harm another person.
We may restrict access to AI features where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect users, comply with third-party requirements, or comply with applicable law.
Subject to these Terms and any feature-specific restrictions, you may use content exported from the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes provided that:
You have the necessary rights to the underlying content;
You comply with applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws; and
You comply with any third-party licensing restrictions applicable to assets included in your project.
Built-in templates, filters, effects, stickers, fonts, music, graphics, models, and other assets may be subject to separate license restrictions.
Your right to use an exported project does not necessarily give you the right to independently extract, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish individual built-in assets.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer the App except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
Decompile, tamper with, or circumvent technical protections;
Circumvent subscriptions, payments, quotas, or access controls;
Interfere with the App’s operation;
Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;
Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
Abuse App infrastructure;
Infringe intellectual-property rights;
Violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights;
Use another person’s image without required authorization;
Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; or
Attempt to assist another person in violating these Terms.
Violations may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of access where permitted by applicable law.
We respect intellectual-property rights.

Your notice should include sufficient information to allow us to evaluate the claim, which may include:
Identification of the copyrighted work or protected material;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
Your contact information;
Information sufficient to locate the material;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized; and
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
We may remove or restrict access to infringing material and may take action against repeat infringers where appropriate.
The App and App-related materials, including without limitation:
Software;
Source code and object code;
App design;
User interfaces;
Logos;
Company trademarks;
Graphics;
Filters;
Templates;
Effects;
Presets; and
Other proprietary App assets,
are owned by or licensed to EcoMobile Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses as described in Section 19.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Company-owned materials.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of projects, generated results, or other App data.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of content important to you.
We are not responsible for data loss except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy forms an important part of your understanding of how the App operates.
The App may integrate or interact with technologies and services provided by third parties.
These may include:
Apple;
Google;
Google MediaPipe;
Runware;
Analytics providers;
Advertising or attribution providers;
Crash-reporting providers;
Subscription-management services; and
Other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the applicable third party’s terms, policies, and licenses.
Where third-party services operate independently from us, we are not responsible for their independent actions, service availability, moderation decisions, policy changes, or technical failures except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits obligations we have regarding service providers that process personal data on our behalf under applicable privacy law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not warrant that:
The App will always be available;
The App will be uninterrupted;
The App will be error-free;
Every feature will work with every device or image;
AI results will always be accurate;
AI-generated results will meet your expectations;
Facial, hairstyle, or appearance analysis will be objectively correct;
Third-party services will always remain available;
Exported content will be compatible with every service or platform; or
Every defect will be corrected immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that may otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or other legal principles.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoMobile Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the App.
This may include:
Loss of profits;
Loss of revenue;
Loss of business opportunities;
Loss of data;
Loss of content; or
Business interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the App during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:
You materially violate these Terms;
You misuse the App;
Your activity creates a security risk;
Your use violates applicable law;
A third-party platform requires us to restrict the relevant functionality; or
Continued access could cause harm to users, the Company, or third parties.
Termination does not automatically cancel subscription obligations.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
If you downloaded the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and EcoMobile Co., Ltd., not Apple;
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
Apple may have refund obligations only to the extent required by its own terms or applicable law;
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App except as required by applicable law; and
Apple is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you.
Your use of the App must also comply with applicable Apple App Store rules and terms.
The App may contain open-source software, machine-learning libraries, models, frameworks, and other third-party components.
Such components remain subject to their respective copyright notices, license terms, attribution requirements, and other applicable third-party notices.
The App includes or uses components from MediaPipe, an open-source project provided by Google.
Applicable MediaPipe components are distributed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, together with applicable copyright, attribution, or third-party license notices associated with the particular MediaPipe components included in the App.

This file contains information about MediaPipe libraries, models, and related third-party components included or used by the App, together with applicable source and attribution information.
Where these files are also bundled within the App, the bundled license materials remain part of the App distribution.
Applicable third-party licenses govern only the relevant third-party components.
Nothing in an open-source or third-party license grants ownership of EcoMobile’s proprietary App, source code, designs, trademarks, content, or other proprietary materials except to the extent expressly required by the applicable license.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory provision of an applicable open-source license regarding a particular open-source component, the applicable open-source license controls with respect to that component.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
Changes to the App;
Changes to third-party services;
Legal requirements;
Security requirements; or
Business or operational developments.
When the Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to provide such notice or obtain such consent.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
