V9Kut (“App”) is operated by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, store, and protect information when you use V9Kut on iOS devices, including when you use AI-powered templates and other AI-powered editing features.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
We collect and process only information reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve, secure, and support the App.
The App may request access to your Photo Library so that you can select, import, edit, process, generate, or export photos and videos.
We do not automatically scan your entire photo library.
We only access photos or videos that you choose to select, import, edit, process, generate from, or save through the App.
Media normally remains on your device unless you choose to:
Process it through an AI-powered feature;
Share it through another service;
Export or upload it;
Use another feature that requires server-side processing.
When you use an AI-powered feature, selected media may be transmitted outside your device as described in Section 2.
When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, including AI Templates or other AI image generation, transformation, or editing features, you may select or upload a photo or other supported media for processing.
Depending on the AI feature you choose, information processed may include:
The photo or image selected by you;
Visual characteristics contained in the selected image;
Face, hair, clothing, body, pose, background, objects, or other visual elements appearing in the image;
The AI template selected by you;
Style or generation settings;
Processing options;
Prompts or instructions, where applicable;
Technical information required to process the AI request;
AI-generated or AI-transformed results.
A selected photo may naturally contain a person's face or other identifiable visual characteristics.
We do not use such information for:
Facial recognition;
Identity verification;
Biometric identification;
Creating persistent faceprints or facial recognition templates;
Tracking a person across apps or services;
Advertising based on facial characteristics.
V9Kut does not create or maintain biometric profiles for identifying users.
If advertising or attribution features are enabled, the App may request permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you grant permission, the App may access the Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) for purposes such as:
Advertising measurement;
Attribution;
Measuring campaign effectiveness;
Personalized advertising where permitted.
If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we do not access your IDFA for tracking purposes.
You can change your tracking preferences through iOS Settings.
We may collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the App, including:
Device type or model;
iOS version;
App version;
Language and region settings;
Feature usage data;
Anonymous or pseudonymous usage statistics;
Crash logs;
Performance information;
Diagnostic information.
This information helps us improve app stability, understand feature performance, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve the user experience.
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment.
We may receive limited transaction-related information from Apple, such as:
Purchase status;
Subscription status;
Product identifier;
Expiration date;
Renewal status.
We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
V9Kut uses third-party artificial intelligence services to provide certain AI-powered features.
Our current AI image processing provider may include:
Runware, provided by Runware.ai
When you intentionally select an AI Template or another AI-powered feature and submit a photo or image for processing, the App may securely transmit the selected image and information reasonably necessary to perform your request to Runware.
This may include:
Your selected image;
The selected AI Template;
Style or generation settings;
Prompts or processing instructions;
Technical request information;
Other parameters required to generate the requested result.
The purpose of this transmission by V9Kut is to perform the AI generation, transformation, or editing operation requested by you.
The selected image may contain identifiable visual information, including a person's face, hair, clothing, body, pose, surroundings, or other image details.
We do not send your entire Photo Library to Runware. Only content selected or submitted for the AI feature is transmitted for processing.
Runware may process and store information according to the applicable agreement between Runware and EcoMobile, Runware's applicable terms and privacy practices, technical settings used for the Service, and applicable law.
We may replace, add, or discontinue AI service providers as the App evolves. If a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide additional notice where required.
Using AI-powered features is optional.
Your photos are not sent to Runware merely because you open V9Kut or grant access to your Photo Library.
Transmission occurs only when you choose an AI-powered feature and submit selected content for AI processing.
Before using an AI feature, you should understand that the selected image will need to be transmitted to a third-party AI processing service to generate the requested result.
If you do not want your image to be processed by a third-party AI provider, you should not submit the image through an AI-powered feature.
You may continue using non-AI features of the App where available.
We may use information collected or processed through the App to:
Provide photo and video editing functionality;
Provide AI Templates and other AI-powered features;
Generate or transform images requested by you;
Transmit selected images and related request information to our AI processing provider when necessary;
Display AI-generated results in the App;
Save or export results when requested by you;
Improve App performance and stability;
Analyze feature performance;
Diagnose bugs, crashes, and technical issues;
Manage subscriptions and purchases;
Provide customer support;
Prevent fraud, misuse, abuse, and security incidents;
Enforce our Terms and policies;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal photos or videos.
We do not use photos submitted for AI processing for facial recognition or biometric identification.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, provide, maintain, improve, and secure the App.
These providers may include:
Analytics providers;
Crash reporting and diagnostic services;
Advertising and attribution partners, where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements;
Apple for App Store purchases and related services;
Cloud or technical infrastructure providers;
AI processing providers.
When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, selected content and related processing information may be transmitted to:
Runware, provided by Runware.ai
This transmission is necessary to provide the AI feature requested by you.
We do not share your entire Photo Library with Runware.
Only the image or other supported content you select for the relevant AI operation, together with information necessary to perform that operation, is transmitted.
Runware's handling of data may also be subject to its own applicable privacy policy, terms, technical settings, and contractual obligations.
We do not share photos or videos submitted for AI processing with advertising partners for the purpose of creating personalized advertising based on the contents of those photos or videos.
Advertising and attribution partners may receive limited device or advertising information separately, where permitted by applicable law and Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements.
We do not sell user photos or videos to data brokers.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment.
Photos and videos generally remain on your device unless you choose a feature that requires uploading, processing, sharing, or exporting them.
Edited content, AI-generated results, project information, or other App data may remain in local or private App storage on your device.
You can remove locally stored content by deleting it through available App functionality, deleting the relevant files, clearing applicable App data, or uninstalling the App.
When you use an AI-powered feature, selected images and AI-generated results may be temporarily processed or stored outside your device as necessary to complete your request.
Runware's current infrastructure may temporarily retain AI-generated output files according to its service configuration, technical settings, and applicable retention policies.
We configure and use third-party processing services with the goal of retaining user media only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, subject to technical requirements, security requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
We do not use our AI processing workflow as permanent cloud storage for your personal photo library.
Where technically available and legally required, data may also be retained for a longer period where necessary to:
Comply with legal obligations;
Prevent fraud or abuse;
Investigate security incidents;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce applicable agreements.
Anonymous, aggregated, or pseudonymous analytics, diagnostic, crash, and performance information may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for:
Product improvement;
Performance monitoring;
Security;
Fraud prevention;
Technical troubleshooting;
Legal compliance.
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include:
Secure network transmission;
Access controls;
Restricted internal access;
Technical safeguards;
Security monitoring.
However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may choose not to use AI-powered features if you do not want selected media transmitted to an AI processing provider.

V9Kut is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Users must not use AI-powered features to upload or process content involving minors where doing so would violate applicable law, our Terms, in-app restrictions, or the requirements applicable to the relevant AI service.
Users must not upload exploitative, sexual, harmful, or otherwise unlawful content involving minors.
If you believe that personal information relating to a child or prohibited media involving a minor has been submitted through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.
You are responsible for photos, videos, and other media that you select, upload, edit, process, generate from, or share through the App.
If you submit an identifiable image of another person for AI processing, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any permission or legal basis required to do so.
You must not upload or process media:
That you do not own or have permission to use;
That violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights;
For unauthorized impersonation;
For fraud, harassment, abuse, or unlawful purposes;
That contains illegal or exploitative material.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including through third-party service providers used to operate the App and its AI features.
These countries may have privacy and data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfers of personal information.
The App relies on third-party services for certain functionality.
These may include services for:
Analytics;
Crash reporting;
Advertising and attribution;
Payments and subscriptions;
Infrastructure;
AI processing.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and contractual arrangements with EcoMobile.
We encourage users to review the privacy practices of third-party services where relevant.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
Changes to V9Kut;
New or modified AI features;
Changes to AI service providers;
Changes to our data practices;
Technical changes;
Changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy and may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
