(“App”) is operated by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Noirify: AI Hairstyle Try On, also known as AI Photo & HairStyle (“we,” “our,” or “the App”), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects user information.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the App.
1.1 Photos and Videos (Photo Library Access)
The App may request access to your device’s photo library or camera so you can select, import, edit, generate, or export images and videos.
We do not scan your entire photo library. We only access the photos or videos that you choose to select, upload, edit, process, or save through the App.
Photos and videos remain stored on your device unless you choose to upload or process them through an AI feature, share them, or export them.
1.2 User-Uploaded Photos, Face Data, Body-Related Image Data, AI Face Analysis, and AI Processing
When you choose to use an AI feature in the App, such as AI Hairstyle, AI Makeup, AI Outfit Changer, AI Face Analysis, AI templates, or other AI image editing or analysis features, you may upload, capture, or select a photo for processing.
The selected photo may contain your face, body, hair, makeup area, clothing, pose, or other visual details. Depending on the feature you choose, the App may process your selected photo, face data, facial features, body-related image data, hair area, makeup area, clothing area, pose information, selected feature, style, template, or processing option, and other image details needed to provide the requested feature.
For AI Face Analysis, the App may analyze face data and facial features from the selected photo to provide appearance-related analysis and suggestions, such as hairstyle, makeup, outfit, beauty, styling, face-shape-related, or similar recommendations. This analysis is used only to provide the result or recommendation you request.
The App may use Apple’s on-device Vision framework to detect whether a face or relevant image area is present in the selected photo and to help prepare the image for AI processing, quality validation, feature functionality, and result generation. However, AI Face Analysis and other AI processing features may require your selected photo and related image data to be sent to Runware, our third-party AI image processing provider, after you provide consent in the App.
We do not use Apple’s Vision framework or any other technology to identify users, perform face recognition, verify identity, or create biometric profiles.
We do not create or store persistent faceprints, facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or biometric profiles used to identify a person.
We do not use your photo, face data, facial features, body-related image data, or AI analysis results for face recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, user tracking, advertising, profiling, training our own AI models, or any hidden or unrelated purpose.
Uploaded photos, selected feature, style, template, or processing options, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, and AI analysis results are used only to provide the AI feature, result, analysis, or recommendation requested by you.
1.3 App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Identifier
The App may request permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies, in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you grant permission, the App may access your device’s advertising identifier, such as IDFA, for advertising measurement, attribution, and personalized advertising where permitted.
If you do not grant permission, the App will not access your IDFA for tracking purposes.
1.4 Device and Usage Data
We may collect limited technical and usage information to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the App, such as:
Device type
Operating system version
App version
Language and region settings
Crash logs
Performance data
Feature usage data
General diagnostic information
This data helps us improve app stability, fix bugs, understand feature performance, and provide a better user experience.
1.5 Subscription and Purchase Information
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, Apple may provide us with limited transaction-related information, such as purchase status, subscription status, product identifier, expiration date, and renewal status.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through the App to:
Provide photo editing, AI image editing, AI Face Analysis, and AI template features;
Generate AI results from photos selected by you, including AI Hairstyle, AI Makeup, AI Outfit Changer, AI templates, and other AI image editing features;
Analyze face data and facial features when you choose to use AI Face Analysis, in order to provide appearance-related analysis and suggestions requested by you;
Detect whether a face or relevant image area is present in a selected photo for image preparation, quality validation, and feature functionality;
Send the selected photo, selected feature, style, template, or processing option, and related request data to Runware, our third-party AI image processing provider, only after you provide consent;
Display the original photo, generated result, or AI analysis result in the App’s comparison, result, or recommendation UI;
Save or export edited photos, generated results, or AI analysis results when requested by you;
Improve app performance, stability, and user experience;
Analyze crashes, bugs, and technical issues;
Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases;
Provide customer support;
Prevent misuse, abuse, fraud, or violations of our policies;
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use uploaded photos, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, or AI analysis results for face recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, advertising, tracking, profiling, training our own AI models, or any hidden or unrelated purpose.
3. AI Image Processing, AI Face Analysis, and User Consent
To generate the AI result, analysis, or recommendation you request, the App may securely transmit your selected photo, selected feature, style, template, or processing option, and related request data to Runware, our third-party AI image processing provider.
This may include AI Hairstyle, AI Makeup, AI Outfit Changer, AI Face Analysis, AI templates, or other AI image editing or analysis features you choose to use.
Your selected photo may contain face data, facial features, body-related image data, hair area, makeup area, clothing area, pose, or other visual details needed to provide the requested feature. For AI Face Analysis, this may include analyzing facial features from the selected photo to provide appearance-related suggestions, such as hairstyle, makeup, outfit, beauty, styling, face-shape-related, or similar recommendations.
The photo, selected feature, style, template, or processing option, and related request data are used only to generate the AI result, analysis, or recommendation requested by you.
Before any photo is sent for AI processing, the App displays an in-app consent notice explaining that:
Your selected photo may be sent for AI processing;
Your photo may contain face data, facial features, body-related image data, clothing area, pose, hair area, makeup area, or other visual details;
Your selected photo and chosen feature, style, template, or processing option may be sent to Runware;
The data is used only to generate the AI result, analysis, or recommendation requested by you;
Your photo, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, and AI analysis results are not used for face recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, tracking, advertising, profiling, training our own AI models, or any hidden or unrelated purpose.
You must tap “Agree” before the photo is sent for AI processing. If you do not agree, your photo will not be uploaded and the AI feature will not continue.
4. Data Sharing
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate, improve, secure, and provide the App, including:
Analytics providers for performance improvement;
Crash reporting and diagnostic providers;
Advertising partners, only if tracking permission is granted where required;
Payment and subscription processing services provided by Apple;
Third-party AI image processing providers for generating AI results, AI analysis, and AI recommendations requested by you.
When you choose to use an AI feature, we may securely transmit your selected photo, chosen feature, style, template, or processing option, and related request data to Runware, provided by Runware.ai, our third-party AI image processing provider.
This may include AI Hairstyle, AI Makeup, AI Outfit Changer, AI Face Analysis, AI templates, or other AI image editing or analysis features you choose to use.
The selected photo may contain face data, facial features, body-related image data, hair area, makeup area, clothing area, pose, or other visual details needed for processing. For AI Face Analysis, the data may be used to analyze facial features and provide appearance-related suggestions requested by you.
This data is shared only to generate the AI result, analysis, or recommendation requested by you and only after you provide consent in the App.

Our AI image processing provider may change from time to time. If we change or add providers, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Runware handles your photo and related image data according to its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We require Runware and any third-party provider receiving your photo, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, or AI analysis results to protect it with the same or equivalent level of protection described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not authorize Runware to use your photo, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, or AI analysis results for identity recognition, tracking, advertising, profiling, or any hidden or unrelated purpose.
We do not sell user data, photos, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, or AI analysis results. We do not share user photos, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, or AI analysis results with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Storage & Retention
Photos and videos remain stored on your device unless you choose to upload, process, share, or export them through the App.
We do not permanently store your personal media files on our servers. Uploaded photos and generated AI results may be temporarily stored as described below.
On-device, selected photos and generated results may remain in the App’s private storage to support comparison, result display, and user access features until you delete them, clear the App data where available, or uninstall the App.
On the server side, uploaded photos, generated AI results, and AI analysis results are retained only for the limited time necessary to provide the requested AI feature, service operation, user access to generated results, support, and abuse prevention.
Uploaded photos, generated AI results, and AI analysis results are retained for up to 30 days after processing. After this period, they are deleted from our servers unless longer retention is required by law or necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
We do not store faceprints, facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, facial geometry data, or any data used to identify a person.
Anonymous analytics, diagnostic, and crash data may be retained for service improvement, app security, and performance monitoring purposes.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, or service operation purposes.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
7. Your Choices and Controls
You may control App permissions through your device settings, including:
Photo Library access
Camera access
Tracking permission
Notification permission, if applicable
You can choose not to upload or process any photo through the AI hairstyle feature. If you do not provide consent for AI processing, your photo will not be sent to a third-party AI provider and the selected AI feature will not continue..
You may delete exported or saved photos from your own device at any time.
You may contact us to request information about your data or to request deletion of data associated with your use of the App, where applicable.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Users must not upload photos or media of anyone under 18 through any AI image editing, AI outfit, AI face analysis, or AI processing feature.
Users must not upload photos of another person without that person’s consent.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information or that a photo of a minor has been uploaded through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.
9. User Responsibilities for Uploaded Media
You are responsible for the photos, videos, and other media that you upload, select, edit, process, or share through the App.
You agree that you will not upload, process, or share:
Photos or media that you do not own or do not have permission to use
Photos of another person without their consent
Photos or media of anyone under 18
Violent, explicit, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Content that violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others
Misuse of the App may result in suspension or restriction of access, where permitted by applicable law.
10. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
When we transfer or process data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, service providers, or app features.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where required.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you accept the revised policy.
