AI Photo & HairStyle (“App”) is operated by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Noirify: AI Hairstyle Try On, also known as AI Photo & HairStyle, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use the App.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
We collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the App and its features.
The App may request access to your device’s photo library or camera so that you can select, import, capture, edit, generate, process, save, or export photos and videos.
We do not scan your entire photo library. We access only the photos or videos that you choose to select, capture, import, edit, process, upload, or save through the App.
Photos and videos generally remain on your device unless you choose to use a feature that requires external AI processing, sharing, uploading, or exporting.
When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, such as AI Hairstyle, AI Makeup, AI Outfit Changer, AI Face Analysis, AI templates, or other AI image editing or analysis features, you may select, upload, or capture a photo for processing.
Depending on the feature you choose, the selected photo may contain or allow the App to process information relating to:
Your face and facial features;
Hair and hairstyle;
Face shape;
Makeup areas;
Clothing and outfit areas;
Body-related visual information;
Pose information;
Image composition;
Selected style, template, or processing options; and
Other visual information necessary to provide the requested feature.
For AI Face Analysis, the App may analyze facial features and other relevant visual characteristics from the photo you select in order to provide appearance-related analysis or suggestions, such as hairstyle, makeup, outfit, styling, beauty, or face-shape-related recommendations.
The App may use Apple’s on-device Vision framework and Google’s MediaPipe technology for certain local image-analysis functions, such as detecting whether a face or relevant image region is present and identifying facial landmarks or hair regions.
Other AI features may require the selected photo and related request information to be transmitted to Runware, our third-party AI image processing provider, as described below.
We do not use facial information to identify you, verify your identity, authenticate you, track you across services, or create a biometric identity profile.
We do not create or maintain persistent faceprints, facial-recognition templates, or biometric identifiers for identifying an individual.
We do not use your uploaded photos, face data, facial features, body-related image information, generated results, or AI analysis results for:
Facial recognition;
Identity verification;
Biometric identification;
User tracking;
Advertising based on facial characteristics;
Profiling for unrelated purposes;
Training our own AI models; or
Any hidden or unrelated purpose.
Such data is processed only as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, analysis, result, or recommendation that you request.
The App uses Google’s MediaPipe technology for certain on-device image-analysis functions, including detecting facial landmarks and hair regions in photos selected by you.
This processing may be used to help the App:
Detect or analyze relevant facial areas;
Detect or segment hair regions;
Determine whether an image is suitable for a supported feature;
Prepare an image for further processing;
Improve feature functionality; and
Provide supported hairstyle, appearance, editing, or analysis features.
According to Google’s MediaPipe Tasks Privacy Notice, input data processed through MediaPipe Tasks, such as images, video, or text, is processed on the device and is not sent by MediaPipe to Google servers.
MediaPipe Tasks may, however, send limited metrics concerning the performance and utilization of MediaPipe APIs to Google.
Google states that these metrics may be used to measure performance and usage, debug issues, maintain MediaPipe Tasks, and improve the service.
Google processes these metrics in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

We do not use MediaPipe to identify you, verify your identity, perform facial recognition, or create persistent biometric identifiers or biometric profiles.
The on-device processing described in this section applies specifically to our use of MediaPipe.
It does not mean that every feature of the App operates entirely on your device.
Certain other features, including some AI image generation, editing, and analysis features, may separately transmit a photo and related request information to our third-party AI processing provider as described in Sections 3 and 4 of this Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, such external AI processing occurs only after the required notice or consent has been provided.
Where applicable law requires notice or consent regarding Google’s processing of MediaPipe performance or utilization metrics, we will take reasonable steps to provide such notice or obtain such consent as required.
The App may request permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you grant tracking permission, the App may access your device’s advertising identifier, such as IDFA, for purposes such as:
Advertising attribution;
Advertising measurement; and
Personalized advertising where permitted.
If you do not grant permission, the App will not access IDFA for tracking purposes.
Your decision regarding App Tracking Transparency does not prevent you from using features that do not require tracking permission.
We may collect limited technical, diagnostic, performance, and usage information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the App.
This information may include:
Device type;
Operating system version;
App version;
Language and regional settings;
Crash information;
Performance information;
Diagnostic information;
Feature usage information; and
General technical information relating to App operation.
This information may be used to:
Maintain App functionality;
Diagnose technical problems;
Fix bugs and crashes;
Measure feature performance;
Improve reliability;
Improve the user experience; and
Prevent abuse or security issues.
As described in Section 1.3, MediaPipe Tasks may also transmit certain API performance and utilization metrics to Google.
If you purchase a subscription or other in-app product, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
Apple may provide us with limited transaction information, such as:
Product identifier;
Purchase status;
Subscription status;
Renewal status;
Expiration date; and
Other transaction-related information required to provide purchased features.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
We may use information processed through the App to:
Provide photo and video editing features;
Provide AI Hairstyle, AI Makeup, AI Outfit Changer, AI templates, AI Face Analysis, and similar features;
Analyze facial features when you choose to use AI Face Analysis;
Provide appearance-related suggestions requested by you;
Detect faces or relevant image areas;
Detect facial landmarks or hair regions through supported on-device technologies such as MediaPipe;
Prepare selected images for supported App functionality;
Validate image suitability and quality;
Generate AI results from photos selected by you;
Send selected photos and related processing information to Runware when required for the feature and after applicable consent;
Display original photos, generated results, comparisons, recommendations, or analysis results;
Save or export results when requested by you;
Operate and maintain the App;
Improve App performance and reliability;
Diagnose crashes, bugs, or technical problems;
Manage subscriptions and purchases;
Provide customer support;
Prevent fraud, misuse, abuse, or security threats; and
Comply with applicable law.
We do not use uploaded photos, face data, facial features, body-related image data, generated results, or AI analysis results for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising based on biometric characteristics, tracking, unrelated profiling, or training our own AI models.
Some features operate using on-device technologies such as Apple Vision or MediaPipe.
Other features require external AI processing.
When external AI processing is required to provide a feature you request, the App may securely transmit the selected photo, selected feature, selected style, selected template, processing option, and related request information to Runware, our third-party AI image processing provider.
Such features may include:
AI Hairstyle;
AI Makeup;
AI Outfit Changer;
AI Face Analysis;
AI templates; and
Other supported AI image editing or analysis features.
A selected photo may contain information relating to your face, facial features, hair, makeup, clothing, body-related visual information, pose, or other visual details necessary to perform the requested feature.
For AI Face Analysis, the selected image may be analyzed to provide appearance-related suggestions requested by you, such as hairstyle, makeup, outfit, beauty, styling, or face-shape-related recommendations.
Before a photo is transmitted to Runware for applicable AI processing, the App may display an in-app notice explaining that:
Your selected photo will or may be sent for AI processing;
The photo may contain facial features, body-related visual information, clothing, pose, hair, makeup areas, or other visual information;
Your selected photo and chosen feature, style, template, or processing option may be sent to Runware;
The data will be used to provide the requested result, analysis, or recommendation; and
The data will not be used by us for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, tracking, advertising, unrelated profiling, or training our own AI models.
Where an in-app consent is required, you must provide the requested consent before your photo is transmitted for external AI processing.
If you decline the applicable consent, the photo will not be transmitted for that external AI processing and the relevant feature may not continue.
For clarity, the external AI processing described in this section is separate from MediaPipe's on-device image processing described in Section 1.3.
MediaPipe itself does not send the image input it processes through MediaPipe Tasks to Google servers, although MediaPipe Tasks may transmit performance and utilization metrics to Google as described above.
We may share or make limited data available to service providers that help us operate, maintain, secure, improve, monetize, or provide the App.
These may include:
Analytics providers;
Crash-reporting and diagnostic providers;
Advertising providers, where permitted and subject to applicable tracking requirements;
Apple for payments and subscriptions;
Third-party AI image-processing providers; and
Technology providers whose SDKs or libraries are incorporated into the App.
When you choose a feature requiring external AI processing, we may transmit the selected photo and related request information to:
Runware, provided by Runware.ai
The information sent may include:
Selected photo;
Selected feature;
Selected style or template;
Processing options; and
Other information necessary to provide the requested AI feature.
The selected photo may contain facial features, hair, body-related visual details, makeup areas, clothing, pose, or other visual information.
Runware receives this information only for the purpose of providing the AI result, analysis, or recommendation requested by you.
Our AI processing providers may change over time. If we materially change or add providers that process user photos, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
Runware processes information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
We do not authorize Runware to use photos or related facial or body image information received through our App for unrelated advertising, tracking, biometric identification, or unrelated profiling.
The App uses MediaPipe technology provided by Google for certain on-device image-analysis functions.
MediaPipe Tasks processes its image input on the device and does not send that image input to Google servers.
MediaPipe Tasks may separately send limited API performance and utilization metrics to Google.
Google may use those metrics to measure usage and performance, debug problems, maintain MediaPipe Tasks, and improve the service.
Google processes such metrics according to its Privacy Policy.
This processing of MediaPipe metrics is separate from any transmission of selected photos to Runware.
We may use additional providers for services such as:
Analytics;
Crash reporting;
Advertising and attribution;
Subscription management;
Infrastructure;
Security; and
Customer support.
We require service providers receiving personal information from us to process that information only for appropriate service-related purposes and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We do not sell user photos, face data, facial features, body-related image information, generated results, or AI analysis results to data brokers.
We do not provide user photos or facial information to advertisers for facial recognition or biometric advertising purposes.
Photos and videos generally remain on your device unless you choose to use a feature that requires uploading, external processing, sharing, or exporting.
Selected photos and generated results may remain temporarily or persistently within the App’s private local storage where necessary to provide:
Comparison functionality;
Result screens;
Editing projects;
Saved results; or
Other user-requested functionality.
You may remove local data by deleting applicable items, clearing App data where available, or uninstalling the App.
Input images processed by MediaPipe Tasks are processed on the device and are not sent by MediaPipe to Google servers.
MediaPipe may generate temporary analysis outputs such as facial landmarks, segmentation information, or hair-region information as part of on-device processing.
We do not use such outputs to identify an individual or create a persistent biometric identity profile.
We do not intentionally maintain persistent faceprints or facial-recognition templates for identifying users.
Photos transmitted for external AI processing and generated AI results may be stored temporarily for purposes such as:
Providing the requested feature;
Delivering generated results;
Maintaining the service;
Supporting user access to recent results;
Security;
Abuse prevention; and
Customer support.
Uploaded photos, generated AI results, and AI analysis results may be retained for up to 30 days after processing unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or compliance with legal obligations.
After the applicable retention period, server-side data will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with our retention processes and applicable law.
Anonymous, aggregated, or technical analytics, diagnostic, crash, performance, and usage information may be retained for a longer period where necessary for:
Service improvement;
Technical analysis;
Security;
Performance monitoring; or
Legal compliance.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
Where supported, communications with external service providers are transmitted using secure network protocols.
However, no electronic transmission, software system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take commercially reasonable measures designed to protect information handled through the App.
Depending on the features you use, you may manage App permissions through your iOS device settings, including:
Photo Library access;
Camera access;
Tracking permission; and
Notification permission, where applicable.
You may choose not to use any feature requiring photo processing.
You may also decline consent to external AI image processing where the App presents such consent.
If you decline required external AI processing consent, your selected photo will not be transmitted to the applicable third-party AI provider and the applicable feature may not function.
You may delete photos or results stored on your own device at any time.
You may contact us regarding questions about your data or to request deletion or exercise other privacy rights where applicable.
Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may have the right to:
Request access to your personal information;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or
Exercise other rights available under applicable privacy law.
Such rights may be subject to legal limitations and verification requirements.
The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Users must not upload or process photos of another person without that person’s authorization.
Certain AI image-processing features may impose additional age-related restrictions.
Where the App or applicable feature states that images of minors may not be uploaded or processed, users must comply with that restriction.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable requirements, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete the relevant information.
You are responsible for the photos, videos, images, and other media you select, upload, capture, edit, process, or share through the App.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use such content.
You must not use the App to upload, process, or distribute:
Content you do not own or have permission to use;
Images of another person without appropriate permission;
Content that violates applicable age restrictions;
Illegal content;
Violent or harmful content where prohibited;
Sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited content;
Content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
Content that violates privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
Content intended to facilitate fraud, impersonation, abuse, or unlawful activity.
We may restrict or suspend access to features where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or comply with applicable law.
The App and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside.
Those countries may have privacy or data-protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we take reasonable steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards for international processing or transfers of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
Changes to App features;
Changes to service providers;
Changes to our data practices;
Changes to legal requirements; or
Security or operational developments.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
If a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we may provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated Privacy Policy and applicable law.
