ThemePik (“ThemePik,” the “App,” or the “Service”) is operated by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“EcoMobile,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed, how we use it, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and what choices and rights may be available to you when you use ThemePik on an iOS device.
By downloading, accessing, or using ThemePik, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

ThemePik is an iOS personalization and creative-design application that provides:
Custom app icons;
Widgets;
Wallpapers;
Coordinated Home Screen themes;
AI-generated wallpapers;
AI Photo Templates;

Photo collages;
Themed frames;
Decorative photo compositions;
Other photo-personalization features.
ThemePik provides visual personalization resources, creative photo tools, and instructions for applying supported assets.
ThemePik does not modify iOS system functionality or replace your original applications.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through ThemePik.
It does not govern the independent privacy practices of Apple, third-party applications, websites, advertisers, analytics providers, AI-processing providers, or other external services.
We seek to collect or process only information that is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve ThemePik.
The specific information processed depends on:
The features you use;
The permissions you grant;
Your device and system settings;
Your region;
Your subscription plan;
The third-party services included in the App.
Where ThemePik provides AI Photo Templates or another camera-based creative feature, the App may request access to your device camera.
Camera access is used so that you can take a photo for the template or feature selected by you.
ThemePik does not activate the camera without your action.
A captured photo is processed only after you:
Choose a feature that supports camera capture;
Take a photo;
Select the relevant template or effect;
Choose to continue or generate the result.
Depending on the selected feature, the captured photo may be processed locally on your device or transmitted to an AI-processing provider.
Camera photos may be used to generate:
Polaroid-style images;
Photo collages;
Themed frames;
Decorative compositions;
AI Photo Template results;
Other visual results requested by you.
Camera photos are not used by EcoMobile for unrelated advertising purposes.
You can deny or revoke camera permission through your iOS Settings.
Denying camera permission may prevent you from taking new photos inside ThemePik but will not necessarily prevent you from using unrelated features or selecting an existing photo through an available Apple system photo picker.
ThemePik may allow you to select one or more existing photos for use with:
AI Photo Templates;
Polaroid-style layouts;
Photo collages;
Themed photo frames;
Decorative compositions;
AI-generated visual effects;
Other photo-personalization features.
Where ThemePik uses Apple’s system photo picker, ThemePik receives only the specific photos that you deliberately select.
Using the Apple system photo picker does not give ThemePik unrestricted access to your entire photo library.
A selected photo may be processed locally on your device or transmitted to an AI-processing provider, depending on the feature selected.
ThemePik processes a selected photo only as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the feature requested by you;
Generate and deliver the requested result;
Maintain service security and reliability;
Troubleshoot technical or generation failures;
Detect and prevent misuse;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
ThemePik may request add-only access to your Photos library so that it can save items selected by you, including:
Wallpapers;
Custom app icon images;
Widget images;
Theme assets;
AI-generated wallpapers;
Polaroid-style images;
Photo collages;
Themed photo compositions;
AI Photo Template results;
Other generated or edited images.
With add-only access, ThemePik can add the items you choose to your Photos library.
Add-only access does not allow ThemePik to browse, read, scan, or access your existing photos.
ThemePik adds an item only after you choose to save, download, or export it.
You may manage Photos access through your iOS Settings.
When you use an AI-powered feature, we may process:
Photos selected by you;
Photos captured through ThemePik;
Text prompts or instructions, where available;
AI Photo Template selections;
Layout selections;
Style preferences;
Generation settings;
Technical information required to process the request;
Generated results;
Information used to prevent fraud, abuse, or excessive automated requests.
Selected or captured photos may be transmitted to third-party AI-processing providers only as reasonably necessary to:
Apply the selected AI Photo Template;
Generate a Polaroid-style image;
Generate a photo collage;
Apply a themed frame or decorative composition;
Generate an AI wallpaper or another requested visual result;
Deliver the generated result;
Maintain service security and reliability;
Troubleshoot processing failures;
Prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful use;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
EcoMobile does not claim ownership of your personal photos, text prompts, or generated results.
We do not use photos submitted through ThemePik to train EcoMobile’s own general-purpose artificial-intelligence models unless we provide separate notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
Whether an external AI-processing provider retains submitted information or uses it to improve its services depends on:
The provider used;
The provider’s terms;
The technical configuration selected by EcoMobile;
The applicable agreement between EcoMobile and the provider.
Where available, EcoMobile seeks to use service configurations and contractual protections that restrict user-submitted content from being used for unrelated AI model training.
AI inputs and generated results may be retained temporarily for:
Processing the request;
Delivering the result;
Troubleshooting technical failures;
Maintaining security;
Preventing fraud and abuse;
Enforcing generation or credit limits;
Complying with legal obligations.
The applicable retention period may vary depending on the feature, provider, system configuration, and legal requirements.
You should not submit photos or other content unless you have the legal right and any required permission to use them.
ThemePik may display advertising or use advertising, attribution, and measurement services.
Where ThemePik or its partners engage in activity defined by Apple as tracking, ThemePik will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers or authorizing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.
If you allow tracking, information processed may include:
Identifier for Advertisers;
Device and application identifiers;
Advertising interaction data;
Advertisement impressions;
Advertisement clicks;
App installation data;
Campaign attribution information;
Subscription or purchase attribution events;
Device characteristics;
Approximate region derived from technical information;
Information used to measure advertising performance;
Information used to personalize advertisements;
Information used to detect advertising fraud or invalid traffic.
This information may be used to:
Display advertisements that may be more relevant to you;

If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” ThemePik will not access the Identifier for Advertisers or authorize cross-company tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency permission.
Your tracking decision does not prevent access to ThemePik’s core features.
However, advertisements may be less relevant, and certain attribution or advertising-measurement functions may be limited.

ThemePik and its service providers may automatically process limited technical, usage, and diagnostic information.

When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe through the App Store, Apple processes your payment.

EcoMobile does not receive or store your complete payment-card number, bank-account information, or Apple ID password.

Camera photos, selected photos, prompts, and other AI inputs may be retained temporarily while:
Processing the request;

Troubleshooting generation failures;

AI Photo Template results may be stored temporarily:
On EcoMobile systems;
On an AI-processing provider’s systems;

Subscription, purchase, and transaction records may be retained as necessary for:
