This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Eco Mobile (“Eco Mobile ”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you (“User”, “you” or “your”) may provide in the
Eco VPN - VPN Proxy Master and any of its products (collectively, “Mobile Application”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. This Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the Applications. It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, websites, products that we do not control or own, or any third-party features made available via the Application.
Permission We Use:

Internet permission allows the application to access the Internet. This allows the application to perform tasks related to network connectivity and accessing online services
uses-permission android:name="android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE" is the permission used when you exit the Eco VPN app but your device can still use the VPN. We only use this permission for the purpose of providing the best experience for you when using the Eco VPN application, absolutely will not use it for any other 3rd purpose.
uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE" to recognize the status when connecting to VPN (this tells you whether you are connected or disconnected)
uses-permission android:name="android.permission.QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES" allows the application to recognize applications installed on your device to use the shortcut feature

Collection of personal information
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you fill any online forms in the Mobile Application. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Mobile Application’s features. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.
Collection of non-personal information
When you open the Mobile Application our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include information such as your device’s IP address and location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, information you search for in our Mobile Application, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Use and processing of collected information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to Non-Personal Information collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Mobile Application traffic and usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.We may process Personal Information related to you if one of the following applies: (i) You have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Note that under some legislations we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. The rights of users
You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us. In particular, you have the right to do the following:

This provision is applicable provided that your information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent, on a contract which you are part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
The right to object to processing
Where Personal Information is processed for a public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in us or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us, you may object to such processing by providing a ground related to your particular situation to justify the objection. You must know that, however, should your Personal Information be processed for direct marketing purposes, you can object to that processing at any time without providing any justification. Privacy of children
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Mobile Application. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our Mobile Application without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us through our Mobile Application, please contact us.
Advertisement
We may display online advertisements and we may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our customers that we collect through the registration process or through online surveys and promotions with certain advertisers. We do not share personally identifiable information about individual customers with advertisers. In some instances, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements to the intended audience.
Processing of personal information
ECO MOBILE will only collect relevant Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information may be processed for the purposes of maintaining, customizing and developing the Application, improving the User experience and marketing information to Users, performing research, generating reports, providing contests get feedback from users. Eco Mobile is committed to complying with the provisions of the Personal Data Acts of the countries and other applicable laws and regulations regarding the processing of Personal Information, as well as the processing of Personal Information in accordance with good handling practices. All employees handling Personal Information are obligated to keep such information strictly confidential.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Eco Mobile may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes here to will be made available on this Policy Private, which is why Eco Mobile encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy. Changes hereto will not prejudice Users’ rights without their consent.
