Eco Mobile ("Eco Mobile") provides the Erase Wizard app ("Erase Wizard") to you, the user ("User"). By using Erase Wizard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

You agree to use Erase Wizard services only for purposes that are legal in your jurisdiction. You shall not transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. Eco Mobile reserves the right to terminate your account if it determines that you have violated any law or these terms.
Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all charges incurred. If unauthorized use of your account occurs, inform Eco Mobile within one day to take necessary action. Eco Mobile is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription Plans and Payment
Erase Wizard offers the following subscription plans:
Lifetime Plan: A one-time purchase of $24.99 for perpetual access.
Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month.
Yearly Plan: $29.99 per year.
Weekly Plan: $3.99 per week.
All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Taxes and Third-party Fees
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and third-party fees related to your purchase/use of Erase Wizard.
Changes to Features
Eco Mobile may introduce or modify features. You will be bound by these changes if we are legally required to notify you.
Ownership of Account
The registered App Store account holder is recognized as the sole owner of the Erase Wizard account.
Limitation of Liability
Eco Mobile shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Erase Wizard.
No Warranties
Eco Mobile makes no warranties regarding the performance or compatibility of Erase Wizard.
Force Majeure
Eco Mobile is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Modifications to Terms
Eco Mobile may modify these terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Erase Wizard constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
